Lyssna, formerly UsabilityHub, is a platform that offers a set of tools and services to help companies and individuals conduct research with users and gather feedback on their designs, prototypes and websites.

The problem

Lyssna had a powerful set of tools and services for user research, but her blog, which contained valuable information and industry experience, was not getting the visibility it deserved. However, after a few months, UsabilityHub changed its name to Lyssna and the website had to be migrated back to the Storyblock platform, so it was necessary to implement a migration process that resulted in the doubling of organic traffic from 8,000 monthly users to approximately 19,000 organic users.
